Customer Service & Operation

A.S.I LOGISTICS (CAMBODIA) LIMITED is looking for a driven Customer Service & Operation to join our team in Phnom Penh. 


As a Customer Service & Operation, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and logistics of goods for our clients, ensuring smooth and timely delivery from origin to destination. Your role will involve coordinating shipments, negotiating with carriers, handling customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. 


Responsibilities:

- Prepare the documents for export both of sea, air, land.

- Contact to customers and arrange the booking with liners/co-loader.

- Coordinate related department, shipper, carrier, co-loader, forwarder, agents, head office

- Update system s and release Bill of Lading, invoices, payment to suppliers

- Issue HBL/HAWB and Forwarder Cargo Receipt to customers.

- Ensure all applicable freight and charges are collected from relevant parties.

- Maintain the tracking Sailing schedules to be updated on-time and correctly .

- Ensure the charges incurred are informed to customers in timely and accurately. 

- Manage and oversee the operations ensuring the day to day running.

- Other tasks assign by MANAGER. 


Qualifications:

- Experience in Logistics company with ocean & air operation field more than 2years are highly preferable

- Be willing to learn new things, honest and hard working

- Good English listening and speaking ability

- Well versed in Word, Excel, Outlook and Email 

- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sense of initiative and ability to be proactive and show a degree of flexibility

- Bachelor degree of Business or any related skills is high preferrable

- Chinese language ability is a plus
