Responsibilities
- Check import documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Create job files in system, issue invoice to client and input AP
- Prepare Import/Export documents to Customs, Ministries and others related parties
- Collect and deliver documents from or to clients, carriers, vendors
- Fill data in Customs systems
- Follow up, tracking cargo status and update to clients timely
- Collaborate with carriers, co-loader, trucking and clearance teams
- Resolve any issues related to shipping or customs promptly
- Track returns and container deposits on time
- Prepare Invoice to customer, and prepare AP to Vendor
Must Have
- Bachelor degree in related fields
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word/Excel, Internet, E-mail)
- At least 1-2year’s experience in logistics, sale, customer services and other related
- Good communication, negotiation skills
- Be able to use English for communication
- Be able to work with people from different backgrounds
- Responsibility and integrity
- Good attitude, a sense of commitment and a teamwork spirit

- Chinese language ability
