Responsibilities
- Follow up routing orders as well as free hand business, execute booking/pick up/declaration arrangements, feedback to customers and overseas stations on executed activities and incurred charges
- Handle operation system data input, B/L issuance, freight charges checking, invoices issuance and other documents to customers by couriers in an accurate and timely manner
- Proactively act on behalf of customers and to handle all customer service related requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of freight quotations (domestic and abroad)
- Assist Finance colleague to push the outstanding, monitor and control all costs and incomes to maximize profit margin for all businesses.
Must Have
- College degree
- Good English ability with CET-4
- At least 2~3years of Operation experience in international forwarding industry on similar position
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Nice to have
- Additional French language
- Major in International trade, logistics, English is preferred
